The problem

Leads pile up in a spreadsheet. Or worse, an inbox.

You're getting leads. They're sitting in 4 different places — Gmail, your phone, a Google Sheet, sticky notes. Nobody knows whose turn it is to call back. Some get worked twice, others not at all. The high-value ones are mixed in with tire-kickers. The pipeline isn't a pipeline — it's a pile.

A CRM that runs your pipeline so you can run your business.

Routing rules and CRM workflows move every lead through your pipeline without manual sorting.

We build out your GoHighLevel CRM with smart pipelines, automated routing, behavior-triggered workflows, and team-based assignment. Every lead lands in the right stage, gets the right follow-up, and surfaces to the right person at the right time.

A pipeline that manages itself.

Common questions

Common questions about call routing & CRM

Does this work with the CRM I already use?

We build natively in GoHighLevel and connect to other CRMs through their APIs. If you already run something else, the routing and workflow layer connects to it rather than replacing it. If you have no CRM at all, we set one up as part of the build.

What happens to leads that come in outside business hours?

After-hours leads are captured, tagged, and entered into an automated sequence immediately, then routed to a person when the next business day starts. Nothing sits in an inbox waiting — the lead gets a response at the moment they arrive, whatever the hour.

How are leads assigned when I have multiple techs or agents?

Leads are assigned by rules you define — round robin, service area, availability, lead source, or job type. The system can also reassign automatically when the first owner does not respond inside a set window.

Will I lose my existing pipeline data during setup?

No data is deleted during setup. Existing contacts and pipeline history are migrated before anything is switched over, and the old system stays readable until you have confirmed the new one is correct.

Can I see where every lead came from?

Every lead carries its source through the entire pipeline — the campaign, keyword, form, or tracking number that produced it stays attached from first touch to closed job. That is what makes channel-level ROI reporting possible later.
